Navigating aged care and community services is harder than it should be. CBR Care Link exists to change that — connecting families with the right support, and helping health professionals build the networks they need to deliver better care.
Craig Bennett - Director (RN)
After 15+ years working in the Community and Aged Care sectors in Australia, I have developed a deep understanding of the systems and professionals within the Canberra region. I have worked with many organizations, agencies, Government branches and Aged, Community and Primary Health providers to establish a network or contacts that can create a holistic, person-centered experience for you, wherever you are in your journey of health care.
My main background is as a Registered Nurse, having delivered Chronic Disease Management Plans, Community Programs and Aged Care Management for the majority of my last decade in Canberra. I have a deep appreciation of the need for informed, supported care from professionals you can trust.
