Virtual Navigation
CBR Care Link offers virtual navigation (via videocall) consulting for administrative support, ACAT assessment outcome decoding, and
general advisory services.
However, due to the clinical requirements of evaluating physical mobility, home safety, and environmental risks accurately, clinical assessments and home environment evaluations must be conducted in-person. Virtual consultations cannot replace physical assessments where direct observation of mobility or environmental hazards is required.
For this reason, CBR Care Link is unable to offer Assessment Support services virtually.
